The raw material (polypropylene, polyethylene, bio-plastic) is mixed with additives and colored in unique formulas for each customer, obtaining flat raffia or fibrillated raffia  according to the customer's needs.

During production, there is a monodirectional orientation of the yarn molecules to give a very high tensile strength and achieve the required quality standards.
