Winding

The winding process allows rewinding  the 5kg "jumbo" bobbins on smaller bobbins with specific characteristics dictated by the customer. The characteristics of the yarn are those obtained during the extrusion process and are preserved entirely in the winding phase. Thanks to this processing it is possible to obtain:

• Metered spools
• Spools with a constant maximum diameter
• Spools with a constant weight
• Spools wrapped on special tubes

The winding service can be performed with any type of product or supplied with a third party account. Little information is needed to assess the feasibility. Contact us and provide the dimensions of your reel. We will be happy to give you feedback on the feasibility.
